Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TexFitTfading UG, Lenenweg 11a, 47918 Tönisvorst, Germany, support@texfittrading.de, Phone: 021517842275) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods that can normally be sent back by post. We will bear the costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be sent back by post. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, you will be provided with free return labels for your return. If you use these return labels, the return will be free of charge for you. A link will be provided to retrieve the return label. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
