Processing time of the shipment
All orders placed before Friday 16:00 CET will be processed on the same day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.
The delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 days
In the case of a high order volume, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If the shipping of your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout during the ordering process. Shipping costs within Germany are always free.
Occasionally, there may be delays in delivery. This can be due to certain circumstances such as holidays, issues with the courier service, illness, or accidents.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Import duties and taxes
Texfittrading UG is not responsible for import duties and taxes applied to your order. All prices include taxes, but any additional costs during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).
Compensation
Texfittrading UG is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim. If you need assistance with this, you can contact us at any time.
